9 Mile Tree Strong Ale | Strong Ale – English | 8% ABV
A nod to local history—and a pint fit for a baron. 9 Mile Tree Strong Ale is our tribute to the legendary marker near Sir William Johnson’s estate, crafted in the style of the hearty British ales he might’ve enjoyed himself. This malt-forward ale pours a deep golden hue with rich notes of toffee, biscuit, and dried fruit. Balanced by a smooth hop presence and brewed with 100% New York hops and malted grain, it’s bold, warming, and steeped in heritage.
Barrel Aged Hans' Creek Oktoberfest | Märzen | 13% ABV
Bold, complex, and steeped in tradition—Barrel Aged Hans’ Creek Oktoberfest takes the classic Märzenbier to new depths. Aged for 12 months in bourbon barrels, this full-bodied, red-amber lager delivers layers of toasted malt, caramel, oak, and subtle vanilla warmth. Brewed in the spirit of Oktoberfest and the old-world brewing calendar, it balances noble hop bitterness with a rich, warming finish that’s perfect for harvest season—or any time you want to celebrate something worth aging.
Bold Bock | Bock – Single / Traditional | 6.2% ABV
Big, malty, and full of character—Bold Bock honors the legendary feats of Steve Bunyan, Paul’s lesser-known (but equally mighty) brother. Brewed in classic German tradition, this deep amber lager boasts rich toasted malt, hints of caramel, and a smooth, clean finish. With a dash of rustic charm and a touch of mystery, it's a tribute to the unsung hero whose adventures live on in every sip.
Peanut Butter Porter | Porter – American | 6.2% ABV
Silky, rich, and a little indulgent—this classic American Porter blends locally grown chocolate malts with the smooth, roasted flavor of real peanut butter. The result? A creamy, nutty brew that pours dark and velvety, with just enough sweetness to keep you reaching for the next sip. Dessert in a glass? Maybe. Delicious? Absolutely.
Scotchman’s Mark | Scotch Ale / Wee Heavy | 8.4% ABV
Bold, malty, and steeped in history—Scotchman’s Mark is a rich Wee Heavy brewed in honor of Daniel McIntyre, who left his axe marks (and his legacy) on the trees that named Broadalbin back in 1775. This deep amber ale pours with notes of caramel, dark fruit, and a hint of roast. Smooth and warming, it’s a strong pour with a story in every sip.
